We're hosting Homeschool Intern & Staff Tryouts for homeschooled students who enjoy working with children and love the outdoors.
We have just 3–5 openings for this school year, so come see if Aqualand is a good fit for you—and if you're a good fit for Aqualand!
Interns (Ages 13–15)
Interns begin on a volunteer trial basis where they learn leadership, responsibility, and water safety while assisting our instructors. As interns demonstrate maturity, reliability, and readiness, they become eligible for compensated leadership opportunities.
Staff (Ages 16+)
Students ages 16 and older are eligible to apply for paid employment with Aqualand.
Aqualand interns and staff help create an unforgettable experience for our homeschool families. You'll assist instructors with games, ocean activities, equipment, and mentoring younger students while developing leadership, communication, and water safety skills.
This is an active, outdoor role. Come ready to get in the water, participate in activities, and bring a positive attitude. Surfing experience is a bonus—but it's not required. We're looking for young leaders with great character, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for kids.
